What is the maximum number of articles accepted from a corresponding author?

Each corresponding author are allowed to submit a maximum number of 4 articles.

How will the submitted articles be evaluated and presented?
Articles will be sent to two referees in an anonymous form. If one of the referees accepts the article and the other rejects, it will be sent to the third referee. Each paper has to be accepted by 2 referees to be published. The articles will be presented orally and online.

Do authors have to pay the registration fee at the time of submitting articles? When is the registration and fee payment Deadline?
No, there is no need to pay the registration fee at the time of submission. All authors are required to pay registration fee from the time of acceptance up to 10 days before the event. For more coordination reasons and expediting executive affairs, preparation of certificates and publication of e-books, it is recommended to register soon.

Where will articles be indexed?
Full papers will be published at the conference E-book, after getting ISBN and FIPA from the library of official documents of the Islamic Republic of Iran and announcing receipt of General Directorate of Islamic Guidance. Also, full papers will be published at www.confpaper.com, scientific database and specialized publisher of conferences and journals in Iran, with the official permission of the General Directorate of Islamic Guidance.

will the articles be published as a full paper or as an abstract form?
The conference secretariat will publish all accepted articles by the Scientific Committee in full papers at conference E-book, after getting the license of ISBN & FIPA and announcing receipt of General Directorate of Islamic Guidance.

Is it possible to refund registration fee after acceptance of the article by the Scientific Committee and payment?
No, the registration fee is non-refundable authors have no right to claim after payment. Notice that and corresponding author should inform all the authors of registration process before payment. So, considering coordination may be necessary in this regard.
